Ne glede na razloge zaradi katerih smo se preselili v novo sredino (državo, mesto, okolje), se ob iskanju mesta v novi družbi pogosto soočamo s štirimi fazami kulturnega šoka.
V začetku smo pretirano navdušeni, vendar se hitro zatečemo k idealizaciji svojih primarnih kulturoloških vzorcev. Počutimo se osamljeno, pogrešamo domače, prijatelje, primarno okolje, karierno se uveljavljamo iz popolnega začetka, ob tem pa raziskujemo sebe in svoje odločitve in nam se prihodnost zdi precej negotova.
Zato je integracijski (expat) coaching odlična metoda, da razrešimo vse svoje konflikte z novim okoljem in se spustimo v novo pustolovščino s polnimi močmi, tudi takrat, ko je sprememba za nas resen izziv in preizkušnja.

Regardless of the reasons for moving to a new environment (country, city, environment), when looking for a place in a new society, we often face four stages of culture shock.
We are overly enthusiastic at first, but we quickly resort to idealizing our primary cultural patterns. We feel lonely, we miss our homes, friends, our primary environment, we are asserting our careers from the very beginning, while exploring ourselves and our decisions, and the future seems quite uncertain to us.
Therefore, integration (expat) coaching is a great method to resolve all our conflicts with a new environment and embark on a new adventure with full strength, even when change is a serious challenge and test for us.
