Vsak izmed nas nosi v sebi več identitet hkrati. Ste podjetnik ali zaposleni, ki gradi svojo poklicno pot. Ste Slovenec, Evropejec, del skupnosti z globokimi kulturnimi koreninami. Ste član društva, prostovoljec, vodja, sodelavec. Ste starš, partner, prijatelj, ustvarjalec. In morda – nekje pod vsemi temi vlogami – obstaja še ena identiteta, ki jo iščete ali ste jo izgubili: vaše resnično jaz.

Pri identitetnem coachingu ne iščemo “prave” identitete, ker ta ne obstaja kot ena sama resnica. Namesto tega skupaj raziščemo vaš celoten mozaik – vse vloge, vrednosti in prepričanja, ki vas sestavljajo.

Ugotovimo, katere identitete vas krepijo in katere vas izčrpavajo – katere so vaše in katere so vam drugi vsilili. Naučimo med njimi zavestno prehajati ne da bi pri tem izgubili svoj jaz.

Proces temelji na globljem samorazumevanju, postavljanju meja med vlogami ter izgradnji trdnega notranjega jedra, ki ostane stabilno ne glede na to, kateri “klobuk” nosite v danem trenutku.

IDENTITY COACHING

Each of us carries multiple identities at once. You are an entrepreneur or an employee building your professional path. You are Slovenian, European, part of a community with deep cultural roots. You are a member of an association, a volunteer, a leader, a colleague. You are a parent, a partner, a friend, a creator. And perhaps – somewhere beneath all these roles – there is one more identity that you are searching for or have lost: your true self.

In identity coaching, we do not search for the “right” identity, because it does not exist as a single truth. Instead, we explore your entire mosaic together – all the roles, values and beliefs that make you who you are.

We discover which identities strengthen you and which ones drain you – which ones are truly yours and which ones have been imposed on you by others. We learn to move between them consciously, without losing yourself in the process.

The process is grounded in deeper self-understanding, setting boundaries between roles, and building a solid inner core that remains stable no matter which “hat” you are wearing at any given moment.
